Refund, Return and Replacement Policy

Return is a scheme provided by respective sellers/ service providers (who provide services along with Material) directly under this policy in terms of which the option of an exchange, replacement, and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same returns policy. For all products, the returns/replacement policy provided on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy.

Most items purchased from sellers listed on www.misangu.com are returnable within the return window based on the terms & conditions related to the particular product or services, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable. Every product & service has different rules for return policy which is stated by the actual seller/service provider.

For the products that are returned by the customer, the refund is issued to the original payment method (advance payment/cash on delivery or EMI based transactions) or to the bank account / or by other available payment methods on the website, the details for making such return & refund and the timelines are given detailed in the refund policy available.

In the event of any discrepancy or conflict, the English version will prevail over the translation.

Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from their description on the product detail page on www.misangu.com

If you report an issue with your Smartphone, Tablet, Laptop, Television, Air Conditioner, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Microwave, we may facilitate scheduling a technician visit to your location from the respective Seller . This visit is scheduled by placing an order with www.misangu.com services. Subject to Terms and Conditions, a resolution will be provided based on the technician’s evaluation report.

Return will be processed only if: 

    • – it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession;
    • – the product is not different from what was shipped to you;
    • – the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories therein).

If you wish to return an electronic device that stores any personal information, please ensure that you have removed all such personal information from the device prior to returning. misanGu or NSPL shall not be liable in any manner for any misuse or usage of such information.

Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered.

Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.

No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy.

Products may be eligible for replacement only if the same seller has the exact same item in stock.

If the replacement request is placed and the seller does not have the exact same product in stock, a refund would be issued to you.

Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds.

If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 7 days from the delivery of the product.

Once We receive your return products or the Seller notifies us of the receipt of the return, A refund is issued to the original payment method, the way you had made the payment while purchasing the respective product.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

In certain cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.

In cases where a product accessory is found missing/damaged/defective, the seller may either process a replacement of the particular accessory or issue a credit note for an amount equivalent to the price of the accessory, at the seller’s discretion.

During open box deliveries, while accepting your order, if you received a different or a damaged product, you will be given a refund (on the spot refunds for cash-on-delivery orders). Once you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, these category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.

For products where installation is provided by misanGu’s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. misanGu authorized personnel shall help in un-boxing and installation of the product.

For Furniture, any product-related issues will be checked by authorized service personnel (free of cost) from the Sellers end and attempted to be resolved by replacing the faulty/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel opinion that replacing the faulty/defective part will not resolve the issue.

In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate

If the payment method, which you used to make the payment (such as credit/ debit card) at the time of purchase, is no longer valid, refund will be issued through a demand draft.

If we receive a payment failure notice from your bank, a refund will be issued through a demand draft.

We will send you an e-mail asking you to call us and provide your name and address where you want the demand draft to be sent. After we receive these details, a refund will be initiated.

For damaged/ defective items, the seller will issue a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.

If you wish to receive the Pay on Delivery order’s refund to your bank account, you can update the details of the bank account in your Account section or from when you are returning an item.

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your misanGu account should match the name of the bank account holder.

All cheque refunds will be in form of “at par” AU Small Finance Bank cheques. AU Small Finance Bank cheques are cleared locally in the major metro cities.

Once a cheque is issued, misanGu will send you an e-mail with the tracking details of the refund cheque within  6 business days from the date of refund.

Normal Refund/ Return/ Replacement process time period will be ranging from 4 to 15 days based on the product, Seller, Manufacturer, Service Provider, time to address the complaint, the time required to receive the earlier material & dispatch for a new or repaired or replaced product, the time required for the shipping company to deliver the product and paperwork involved in the same transaction.

In connection with the Replacement policy, If an eligible item is out of stock from the same seller, it cannot be replaced. Only a refund against the returned item will be issued.

The free replacement order will be shipped through standard shipping once the original order material is returned and received by the respective Seller.

Free replacements can be requested if the following conditions apply:

Item received is physically damaged;

Item received has missing parts or accessories;

Item received is different from their description on the product detail page on www.misangu.com or

Item received is defective/does not work properly.

A free replacement cannot be created for an item which was returned and replaced once earlier.

If the item has missing parts or accessories, you may try to contact the manufacturer for assistance. Manufacturer contact information can usually be found on the item packaging or in the paperwork included with the item.

If your item is not eligible for free replacement due to any reason, you can always return it for a refund.

In case, the product is not available with the same seller, please “Contact Seller” from “Your Orders” to request a refund.

You can also return the product within 10 days of delivery for full refund. Please keep the item in its original condition, with brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories in manufacturer packaging for a successful return pick-up.

 

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

IMEI/ name/ image/ brand/ serial number/ article number/ bar code should match and MRP tag should be undetached and clearly visible.

Complete Product

All in-the-box accessories (like remote control, starter kits, instruction manuals, chargers, headphones, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present.

Unused Product

The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and with non-tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable). Before returning a Mobile/ Laptop/ Tablet, the device should be formatted and Screen Lock (Pin, Pattern or Fingerprint) must be disabled. iCloud lock must be disabled for Apple devices.

Undamaged Product

The product (including SIM trays/ charging port/ headphone port, back-panel etc.) should be undamaged and without any scratches, dents, tears or holes.

Undamaged Packaging

The product’s original packaging/ box should be undamaged.
